Please note that our facility does not insure the contents of your storage unit. 

In addition, most homeowner’s policies do not cover goods in a self-storage facility. 

We recommend that you either contact your insurance agent or purchase Customer Storage Insurance for an additional monthly fee.

Please note: 

Customer Storage Insurance from Bader Company insures your property against fire, hurricane, earthquake, water damage and burglary but does not insure against damage from flood.  Please discuss these perils with your insurance agent.

For coverage over $5,000 an inventory of all goods stored in the unit must be completed and returned to us before the policy can take effect.
