In preparation for moving into your new self-storage unit or parking space please plan for the following:  

Move-In Activities:

• sign a lease.
• accept or waive customer storage insurance.
• (see "insurance" information in the next section of our website).
• provide a picture ID.
• pay a $15.00 set-up fee (not refundable).
• pay for the first month's rent
• choose, as an option, automatic payments via your credit card.
• bring a lock or, we can sell one to you at move-in.

Move-Out Planning:

• please provide 10 day notification of you intent to move out.
• please leave your storage unit clean and undamaged.
• please move everything out of your storage unit.
• your security deposit will be mailed to your current address.
• please provide and verify your current address at move-out.
