In preparation for moving into your new self-storage unit or parking space please plan for the following:
Move-In Activities:
- sign a lease.
- accept or waive customer storage insurance.
- (see "insurance" information in the next section of our website).
- provide a picture ID.
- pay a $15.00 set-up fee (not refundable).
- pay for the first month's rent
- choose, as an option, automatic payments via your credit card.
- bring a lock or, we can sell one to you at move-in.
Move-Out Planning:
- please provide 10 day notification of you intent to move out.
- please leave your storage unit clean and undamaged.
- please move everything out of your storage unit.
- your security deposit will be mailed to your current address.
- please provide and verify your current address at move-out.
